These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our online store at https://powerflow.life by consumers or entrepreneurs.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. You submit a binding offer when you go through the order process and click on the "Buy now" button in the last step. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by e-mail.
3. tickets / events
By purchasing a ticket, you acquire the right to participate in the event described in the offer. The tickets are personal, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged - unless there is a statutory right of withdrawal.
Digital tickets are automatically provided by e-mail after receipt of payment. Passing on access data to third parties is prohibited.
Powerflow® reserves the right to postpone or cancel events for important reasons (e.g. illness, force majeure). In this case, you will be refunded the full ticket price or can rebook to an alternative date if you wish.
4 Prices and payment
All prices are quoted in euros and are inclusive of VAT.
Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the store (e.g. credit card, PayPal, instant bank transfer). The amount will be debited directly after the order has been completed.
5. Cancellation conditions
Booked seminars can be canceled until 4 weeks before the start of the seminar be refunded in full.
In the event of withdrawal by 14 days before the start of the seminar will be reimbursed in the amount of 80 % of the seminar price.
In the event of withdrawal by 7 days before the start of the seminar become 70 % of the seminar price will be refunded.
In the event of a withdrawal from less than 7 days before the start of the seminar 50% of the seminar price is due.
For installment payments, at least 35% of the seminar price must be paid 7 days before the start of the seminar.
Substitute participant
The client is entitled to nominate a substitute participant at any time before the start of the event. The nomination of a substitute participant is free of charge.
The prerequisite is that the substitute participant fulfills the necessary participation requirements and that his or her data is submitted in good time (48 hours in advance).
6. right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.
Cancellation policy:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period begins with the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, a clear declaration to us by e-mail or post is sufficient.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for digital content if the execution has begun with your express consent before the expiry of the withdrawal period and you have confirmed your knowledge of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
7. liability
Powerflow® shall be liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence. In the event of simple negligence, we shall only be liable in the event of a breach of material contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage.
Any further liability is excluded.
8. copyrights
All content (e.g. event documents, videos, audio files, texts) is protected by copyright. Use outside the agreed scope is not permitted and requires our express consent.

10. final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Should a clause of these GTC be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
