A few years ago, I decided to get off the professional hamster wheel. I was becoming less and less energetic; I was losing my zest for life and didn't understand why. I used to enjoy my work so much, but over time I felt more and more exhausted and drained. With today's knowledge, I have become completely clear and aware of where my energy has been going all these years and why. I have now chosen my new path. The key role in my life is to have a basic understanding of energy and how to deal with energy in a playful way. Today, "the field" aligns with me and I live with a lot of energy and joy.

Thematic focus

With Powerflow I want to reach people, whether "big or small", who want to learn and understand how they can playfully get their energy back so that they can go their way in freedom, joie de vivre and lightness.

That was my benefit from it

I have regained my strength. My everyday life and my relationships in my family and at work are more relaxed. With G4 there are no winners and losers - everyone benefits and has more energy when the blockages fall away. I generally feel lighter and freer; I enjoy life more because everything is allowed to be as it is at the moment.

In G4, the heightened state of consciousness, conflicts and other attacks on one's own system can lead to a win-win situation for both me and my counterpart.
