Energy work has been with me my whole life and new doors have always been opened at the right time.
I was able to attend my first G4 seminar in 2018 and since then I have learned to deal with everyday life differently, which makes it a lot easier. Be everything - be you!

That was my benefit from it
Even after the first seminar a good seven years ago, it was a great enrichment for me to use G4.
Shortly afterwards, my life presented me with a tough test.
Thankfully, I was immediately able to use the exercises I had learned to master tough situations.
The environment also benefits from it, it's a win-win situation for everyone.
