People who are ready to take their lives into their own hands in order to change. People with deep fears and ruts that are sometimes difficult to get out of. Many issues accompany you and make it difficult for you. Religious constrictions and prohibitions can be released in order to be free. Nature & movement. Coaching also in nature while hiking.
That was my benefit from it
My greatest benefit of getting to know the G4 was to say goodbye to many issues, to peel many onion skins in order to dive deeper and deeper into my own healing. To say goodbye to fears. To find peace in my past. More trust in myself. To be myself.
