I am Nadine Odwald, I came across the G4 through a private impulse. A lot has changed since then. I am still grateful for the knowledge I learned from Tom Mögele. I used to be a person who regularly found myself in some kind of drama, was extremely stressed by others and put others before myself. Whether it was to be a "good person" or to meet the expectations of others. This often went against my needs and my own intuition. I was living a life for others, but not mine. Through G4 Consciousness, I have learned how to take responsibility for myself again, how to release issues/blockages/beliefs/thinking patterns and how to deal with stressful situations in a completely different way. I would never have thought it possible before that you can gain energy through stress and that I can learn to keep my energy for myself. In G4, we are in a heightened state of consciousness without an ego. It's no longer about what you want/where you're going/what you need to achieve, etc.. It's about being in this very moment, being connected to yourself and doing what feels right right now; following your true purpose. This opens up completely different possibilities. The G4 makes it possible to take back your own responsibility. Trigger points can be seen as "gifts", because if I am angry about something, it is my issue and I can look at it and solve it ;)! I love to pass on this knowledge and inspire others to feel the connection to their true self again. For this I offer seminars, individual sessions and practice times.
