Ni:la. A bon vivant – having traveled extensively, I was always different. As a child, I secretly healed myself and "knew" things... until I convinced myself that I couldn't know that as a child and tried to fit in. At almost 50, my odyssey ended in a breakdown, I went in search of alternative healing methods, and finally landed here. G4 brought about the state mentioned in other teachings in an instant, which you learn in Powerflow in one day – no longer being at the mercy of things, not having to defend yourself against everything and everyone, is truly a gift. Who would have thought that we are constantly exposed to frequencies and are robbed of our life energy? Leave the tunnel, find the exit – you've come to the right place.

As a coach, I can draw on over 30 years of experience:
As a Montessori child, it was part of the curriculum to pass on newly learned material to younger classmates. As a twenty-something, I taught Afro dance at the university and on the stages of Cologne. After my training in New York, I founded the Schauspielstudio Köln, where I taught Method Acting.
And now I'm here. Not to teach Powerflow, but to REMIND you how it's done. Because: Anyone can do it!
