Naef
I am a life-experienced optimist, empathic coach and proven lawyer - ultimately a person with heart, soul and mind.
My motto is: There is no way to happiness, because happiness is the way - the journey is the destination.
You can never "arrive" in life. Rather, it is about playing the "game of life", which you cannot win, but can only play. In this way, you can be playful in mindfulness and ultimately feel the "flow" of life: the experience that everything in life is in flux. This also allows your basic trust in something "higher" to grow - a wonderful, enriching and happy feeling.

Thematic focus
I support people at important stages in their lives, such as personal changes, private and professional problems or drastic decisions, holistically and specifically in relation to their personal situation - with everyday issues or specifically in the legal field. My aim is to help clients find their way back to the joy of life, because ultimately everyone wants to be happy and enjoy their journey through life.
That was my benefit from it
to see through perpetrator/victim games and to come to my center or to stay "centered" in difficult life situations.
