All my life I have been working in the field of personal development, potential development, healing, health, energy work and spirituality. An inner drive led me to many methods, techniques and valuable personal experiences. Through all that I have learned, experienced and internalized, I have become a guide for others in their processes. In my own naturopathic practice, I accompany people on different levels. The work at G4 is very much part of this.

Thematic focus
It is very fulfilling to work with people who are ready for change and to accompany their development. Through my various trainings and further education in the field of naturopathy, psychotherapy, trauma therapy and much more, I am able to support people with a wide range of challenges.
This is possible live in Weinheim or online. Whether in individual sessions or in a longer collaboration as coaching or mentoring.
That was my benefit from it
Inwardly, I was always searching before G4. Ever since I was a child, I have repeatedly experienced a special state of consciousness for which I neither had a name nor knew how to get into this state, but only noticed that it was special. Now I feel that I have arrived. A lot of things have been sorted out and aligned for the better.
To my delight, I am now able to bring this state of consciousness closer to others in seminars.
