After studying psychology, I practiced various relaxation methods such as yoga, tai chi and different meditation techniques. This enabled me to achieve physical and mental relaxation. However, I still often felt exhausted and drained in the presence of other people. This changed when I learned about the G4 technique in 2020. In the heightened state of consciousness of G4, I was able to stay with myself even in difficult situations and deal better with fears and doubts.
