"I am Sabine and in my mid-30s I set out to rediscover myself, my essence, to feel myself and to really get to know myself. Even back then, I sensed that there was something completely different inside me than what I was living. There was this spark that was waiting to finally be allowed to blaze. It was smouldering inside me and urging me to change something. Interestingly, at a point in my life when I had just reached all the "highlights of a woman's life" (quote from a work colleague). I actually felt the same way. I felt that I had "achieved" what "women want and need" in our society and what makes parents proud and happy. I was finally married, had a loving - and good-looking - husband at my side, two healthy children, a terraced house, a well-paid job that also conveyed a certain status to the outside world. It was all perfect and I was annoyed with myself as to why I couldn't just leave everything as it was, but wanted to shake it all up. And yet I did. I hated myself for questioning it all and judged myself as ungrateful. Yet I just couldn't help myself. Despite the fear of jeopardizing or losing my beloved comfort zone, everything I had ever wanted. Or did I not have that at all? Whose life was I living then? Whose expectations was I fulfilling? What was driving me if not myself? Where was I trapped in constraints and expectations and not living MY life? What was my purpose? These were questions that needed to be answered. I could only go off, there was only this one option and here I am today. The path was rocky and challenging at times, but it was MY path and I had to take it! I am so grateful that I had the courage to go for it. It was worth it. That's why it makes me infinitely happy today to accompany other people on their very own path and to support them in becoming free, recognizing and developing their potential. It's all within us, we don't have to look for anything on the outside, we can unearth the treasure within us and live the abundance. In fact, I am still on my way, because that is life and yet I feel I have arrived. Arrived with myself, in my being - whereby fine-tuning and adjustments can always take place and the development continues. Married to the same man, now with two grown-up children, a house with lots of nature around it. I only left my job by the wayside. It was meaningless, didn't suit me and didn't make my heart skip a beat. Today, I feel so much freer and have the courage to simply be authentically myself."
