Trainer & Experts
Trainers and experts have successfully integrated the G4 into their everyday lives and are excellently prepared for working with other people. The main difference lies in the level of training: trainers have completed their training as trainers after the expert seminar and are authorized to teach the basic G4 technique in starter and user seminars. Experts, on the other hand, have the necessary knowledge and experience to work on in-depth topics in individual sessions - often with years of practice and a lot of heart. Technically, trainers and experts are on an equal footing. Choose the contact person who feels right for you.

Bohnet
Expert, trainer
About me:
All my life I have been working in the field of personal development, potential development, healing, health, energy work and spirituality. An inner drive led me to many methods, techniques and valuable personal experiences. Through all that I have learned, experienced and internalized, I have become a guide for others in their processes. In my own naturopathic practice, I accompany people on different levels. The work at G4 is very much part of this.

My deep desire is to help people free themselves from the constant pressure of everyday life and performance and to find lightness and joy in life again. Ever since I can remember, I have been interested in all the things that we as humans perceive but cannot understand with our minds. About me:
I am a life-experienced optimist, empathic coach and proven lawyer - ultimately a person with heart, soul and mind. My motto is: There is no way to happiness, because happiness is the way - the journey is the destination. You can never "arrive" in life. Rather, it is about playing the "game of life", which you cannot win, but can only play. In this way, you can be playful in mindfulness and ultimately feel the "flow" of life: the experience that everything in life is ...

Susanne

Expert, trainer
About me:
After studying psychology, I practiced various relaxation methods such as yoga, tai chi and different meditation techniques. This enabled me to achieve physical and mental relaxation.
However, I still often felt exhausted and drained in the presence of other people. This changed when I learned about the G4 technique in 2020. In the heightened state of consciousness of G4, I was able to stay with myself even in difficult situations and deal better with fears and doubts.
